Will there be a dress code?

Formal/Fancy attire required. We encourage creativity as long as it fits the theme of the ball.

Will I get to interact with Cos Players?

Yes. Every ticket will have an opportunity to interact with our actors. If you buy the VIP/add on tickets, you will always have extra time to interact, talk with and take pictures with them.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes. 21+ ticket holders will have the option to purchase alcohol at the event.

Will there be food?

There will always be light bites available, if you need a full meal please eat ahead of time.

Will there be hotel accommodations?

We are working on providing a local downtown guide with our preferred list of hotel and restaurants. Stay tuned.

What are the different forms of payment?

At checkout Ticketspice offers 2 options which are Debit & Credit Card only.

Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?

See event page for details. Some events allow up to 4 tickets and some are limited to 2.

Can I purchase two different types of tickets?

Yes. You are able to purchase two different types of tickets. You will be able to decide at the door who gets which ticket type.

Do I have to know who I am bringing when I purchase the tickets?

No, there are no names on the tickets, it's just a QR code. So whoever you show up with is your guest!

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the ball?

We have a NO refund policy.

At House of Flame and Revelry, we invest significant resources into creating our one-of-a-kind, immersive experiences. As such, all ticket purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds.

This no-refund policy is clearly stated at the point of purchase and applies to all ticket holders. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

To protect your investment, we strongly encourage purchasing ticket insurance at checkout. This optional insurance, provided by a third-party, may cover unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending.

Is there a waitlist? Can I see where I am on the waitlist?

Yes. You can join the waitlist here.

We cannot share where you are on the list at this time. Tickets that come available from refunds will be made available on a first come first serve basis.

Can I downgrade my tickets?

No. You can swap or sell tickets on your own.

How we started

House of Flame and Revelry was born from a shared dream between Samantha and Kristen—a dream to step into the worlds they had always loved in books, to don lavish ballgowns, and to dance in the magical glow of a fantasy ball. What began as a desire to live out these enchanting moments became a mission to bring this experience to others. Rooted in Arizona, House of Flame and Revelry is dedicated to creating immersive events that transport guests into the heart of beloved fantasy realms, allowing them to live, if only for a while, in the stories that have captured their imaginations.

Kristen

Kristen is our fun-loving, social media guru and co-owner of HOFAR. She is a big foodie, trying every new restaurant that pops up. She loves taking her kids to fat cats for games and movies, swimming in the pool and of course reading as much as she can. She loves going to concerts with her husband and her cocktail of choice is an extra dirty Gin Martini.

Jessie is our crazy Website Witch, you can always find her talking about witchcraft, crystals, astrology, aliens, books and eating tacos with Samantha. She lives in northern New Mexico on an acre of land with her friends, her kid, lots of cats, bunnies and chickens (don’t worry she doesn’t let Sam sacrifice any of them)

Tania is our literal backbone as administrative assistant here at HOFAR! She has loved to read for as long as she can remember, her favorite place to be is the library, she could spend a whole day there and never be bored. Her first job was at the Public Library and she loved it so much she found a job doing the thing she can’t live without! When she’s not being our super star, she loves traveling and hanging with her family!
